With nearly 30 years in the automotive industry, she has honed a unique set of skills in leadership, strategic planning, and personal development, which she now applies to help others reach their fullest potential.
As an author of two impactful books, From Surviving to Thriving and From Overtaken to Overcomer, Glenda Rena' provides practical insights and inspiration to those looking to break free from their limitations and step into their purpose. Her mission is to guide her clients in taking their vision and turning it into reality, enabling them to overcome obstacles and build lives of success, fulfillment, and joy.
A passionate advocate for women's empowerment, Glenda Rena' is deeply committed to helping women thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Through coaching, workshops, and mentorship, she provides the tools and support women need to grow, take charge of their futures, and become leaders in their communities.
In addition to her coaching practice, Glenda Rena' founded Beauty for Ashes Outreach Empowering Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women who have experienced domestic violence and young girls who have aged out of the foster care system. Through this ministry, she offers hope, resources, and mentorship to help these individuals rebuild their lives and create new opportunities for themselves.
